Who we are

What we collect and why

• Waitlist: your email address, which stands you're interested in, and when and how you agreed to hear from us. We use it to email you when drops open and with occasional studio news. Lawful basis: your consent.
• Orders (from 17 October): name, delivery address, email and order details, to make and deliver your order. Lawful basis: contract. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store them.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run the shop: Supabase (database), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments) and Royal Mail (delivery). Some of these process data outside the UK under standard safeguards. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Waitlist data until you unsubscribe. Order records for six years for tax purposes.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe from any email in one click, and ask us to access, correct or delete your data by emailing hello@ekumustudio.com. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
